Southern League Fixtures released for 2026/27 season – Gloucester City begin at home, Cleeve start away
Gloucester City will kick off their 2026/27 season at home to Chertsey Town after the fixtures were released for the 2026/27 Southern League season on Friday afternoon.
The Tigers will be looking to go one better than the last two seasons, where they were beaten finalists in the play-offs on both occasions.
Daf Williams’ side’s first away game sees them head to Bracknell Town on Tuesday 11 August, before a trip to Wimborne Town the following Saturday.
In Southern League Division One South, Bishops Cleeve will head to Shaftesbury in their season opener, whilst Slimbridge and Hartpury are in FA Cup action.
Those two meet in their league season opener on Tuesday 11 August, whilst the Mitres play host to newly promoted side, Worcester Raiders.
Gloucester City will host Evesham United in the Premier South on the August Bank Holiday Monday, whilst in Division One South, Cleeve host Bristol Manor Farm, Hartpury host Worcester Raiders and Slimbridge head to Sporting Club Inkberrow.
The Boxing Day games see Gloucester City at home to Chippenham Town, Hartpury host Bristol Manor Farm and a mouth-watering fixture of Bishops Cleeve vs Slimbridge.
