Severn Sport Tipster League 2026 – Day 3 Results
The Severn Sport Tipster League is back for the ninth year and once again we have a whole host of hungry tipsters searching for the crown!
Once again this year we have a league of 13 tipster teams battling it out for the title of King Tipster. Their antepost tips are placed, the daily races have been decided and tips have been picked.
Today’s selected races are as follows:

13:20 Mares Novices Hurdle

A punt was made by Can’t Bowl. Bat at No.8 and scored -2 points for Bambino Fever not placing and The Oracle was left sweating to see she even finished as his antepost tip ran an awful race…luckily she did so 0 points.
14:40 Mares Hurdle
1) Wodhooh 5/6 Fav
2) Jade De Grugy
Wodhooh finally gets Gordon Elliott’s festival up and running and earns Pint Please Landlord a crucial 4 points for having a punt. The first time anyone is successful with that boost this week.
15:20 Stayers Hurdle
1) Home By The Lee (33/1)
2) Ballyburn (11/2)
3) Bob Olinger (13/2)
Pulled up: Doddiethegreat, Impose Toi
A dramatic Stayers Hurdle saw an untipped 33/1 winner and only 1 point place money for The Fox, Money Man Ash, Top Trotters, Absolutely Clueless, Pint Please Landlord and Square Leg.
The only other points were -2 points for Creosote, Can’t Bowl. Bat at No.8 and Sweet Prince.
Now before the Ryanair, drama with Fact to File being withdrawn and declared a non-runner leaving the league up in the air!!

Well with the drama of the favourite coming out, a number of the Double Points boosts have been refunded to use tomorrow.
It also saw the reserves come in and that caused carnage for Sweet Prince, Absolutely Clueless and Creosote who scored -2 points following Impaire Et Passe pulling up.
The Fox, Pint Please Landlord and PridayPower had a place and the pulled up horse so scored -1 point each.
All of SPM27, The Oracle, Money Man Ash, Up The Swans, Square Leg and Top Trotters picked up a crucial 1 point for having a place.
The big winners were Can’t Bowl. Bat at No. 8 who subbed in the winner and collected 4 points which could be massive!

What a race. It has left the tipster league in an unreal position.
All of Up the Swans, The Oracle, Square Leg and Creosote collect 3 points each for the winner, whilst PridayPower was the only other scorer, -2 points for having the pulled up horse.
17:20 Kim Muir Challenge Cup
1) Ask Brewster (22/1)
2) Road To Home (9/1)
3) Monbeg Genius (18/1)

Once again Money Man Ash has us hanging on until the last, taking a punt on the much fancied, Kim Roque. who placed right in the run in – so he scores a massive 1 point that keeps him interested.
Here is how the table looks after day three:
Wow, what a race for the title. All of Square Leg, The Oracle and Can’t Bowl. Bat at No.8 are tied on 13 points, with Up The Swans just behind.
Pint Please Landlord, Money Man Ash and Absolutely Clueless are right on their heels and know another good day tomorrow for them and they could steal the crown. Top Trotters need a big day to get in amongst it
The stragglers will need a miracle to stand a chance of winning the league, but all of SPM27, Sweet Prince, Creosote, The Fox and PridayPower will be looking to end the week as strong as possible.
It could all change with boosts and the of course the Gold Cup pick being worth double points too. Most of the tipsters could still win the race as we approach the final stretch!
