Trophy, Women’s FA Cup & Vase draws: Gloucester to head to Hartpury, Bitton Ladies, Fairford, Slimbridge and Ciren all at home
The draws have been made for the Third Qualifying Round of the FA Trophy and Women’s FA Cup, as well as the First Round of the FA Vase – with some cracking ties!
In the Trophy, Gloucester City will head to Hartpury in a David vs Goliath all-Gloucestershire tie, whilst Bishops Cleeve and Evesham are at home to Sholing and Ilkeston Town, respectively, on Saturday 4 October.
The Third Qualifying Round is the first of two rounds of the Trophy scheduled for October, with the First Round to follow on Saturday 25 October.
In the Women’s FA Cup, Bitton Ladies are rewarded for their dominant display against Pucklechurch Sports with a home tie against Sherborne Town, whilst Forest Green Rovers Women head to Royal Wootton Bassett Town and Mangotsfield United head to Keynsham.
Both Gloucester City Women and AEK Boco Ladies are heading to Hampshire, with AFC Stoneham and Bournemouth Sports the destinations after good wins last weekend.
The Third Qualifying Round is set for Sunday 5 October and like the Trophy, the First Round proper is also scheduled in October – with that round taking place at the end of October.
For the sides in the FA Vase, they will be entering the First Round proper stage on Saturday 18 October, with Fairford Town, Slimbridge and Cirencester Town all at home.
