LISTEN: Kidderminster Harriers beat Longlevens to lift HFA Giantkillers Cup

Longlevens U18s were beaten 3-1 by Kidderminster Harriers in the final of the Herefordshire FA Giantkillers Cup, at Edgar Street, on Tuesday night.

First half goals from Liam Banks and Seymour Mrozek saw Kiddy two goals to the good at half time, before Banks added a third inside the first minute of the second half to all but kill the tie.

Longlevens were spirited throughout though and pulled a goal back through Henry Driver-Dickerson, and despite pushing for route further back into the game – they were unable to set up a grandstand finish and Harriers went on to lift the cup.

Following the game, Manager Brandon Vance said he was proud of the team and called for them to respond on Friday night – when they host Gloucester City U18s where a win will see them secure the CYFL North Division title.
