Severn Sport Cup Draw – Preliminary Round & First Round published

The draw for the Preliminary Round and First Round of the Severn Sport Cup have been completed.

In May, we announced that Severn Sport would be taking over as sponsor of the U18s League cup for the Cheltenham Youth Floodlit League and with that, Severn Sport were responsible for the draws.

On Saturday’s Buttee’s For Breakfast programme, Butler was joined by the league’s Garry Collier – who oversaw the draw being carried out.

The draw saw 15 of the 17 sides in the league receive a bye into the First Round, with one solitary Preliminary Round tie to be played.

This season, the CYFL is split into a North and South Division, however the cup remains seedless and is completely open.

The single Preliminary Round tie will take place the week commencing 6 October, whilst the First Round will take place the week commencing 10 November (subject to change).
