This week saw a disappointing set of games for England as they look to secure their place in the 2026 World Cup and we thought we would take a look at where they are.

Despite winning three from three in Qualifying, the mood is deflated after the Three Lions limped to a 1-0 win over Andorra and suffered a damaging 3-1 defeat in a friendly against Senegal.

There have been question marks over new manager, Thomas Tuchel, and a number of the players since the defeat on Tuesday night – so we look at who could be in the running to make the plane for the USA, Mexico and Canada next summer.
