Speaking about the partnership, our man Ryan Butler said the following:

“It is always great to have Matt on-board with us. Having previously sponsored the Team of the Month, we always said that the possibility of a working partnership is there – it was all about the right opportunity.

With a second pre-season tournament for us this summer, the timing was right as the opportunity of helping spread the word of the work Matt and the guys at Severn Sparks does mirrors up to Severn Sport’s attempts to enhance the reputation of Women’s football within the County.

By having a “his and hers” pair of Player of the Tournament trophies being prepared for the Shield and Trophy, we will be including the Severn Sparks logo on the social media posts – as well as the banners for posts on the website.

A massive thank you to Matt and I am sure this isn’t the last partnership between the two of us!”
