LISTEN AGAIN: Beardsell strikes in injury time to keep Longlevens in the FA Cup
Jack Beardsell’s 93rd minute header saw Longlevens stay in the FA Cup, claiming a 1-1 draw at home to Winslow United.
Levens had trailed thanks to Nathan Amaning’s first half effort, but just as time looked set to run out on his side’s FA Cup run this season – Beardsell got up to nod home Shaun O’Connor’s cross.
It felt like a fair result, after both sides played their parts in a very competitive and entertaining cup tie.
Both sides will do it all over again, with the replay scheduled in Winslow on Tuesday night.
