First look at Gloucester City’s new red and yellow kit

Gloucester City have changed their badge ahead of the new season as we all know, but now the Tigers new kit has appeared on Raging Bull’s online store.

Gone is the black from the Tigers home strip, with the new red and yellow home colours replacing it:

For the away strip, a new, sleek design features two different shades of blue and there’s continuity with the appearance of the yellow:

A statement on the club’s website said:

Gloucester City are pleased to confirm that the new Raging Bull home and away playing shirts are available for pre-order from today! The official kit launch will be before our first pre-season friendly on the 4th July 2019 against Fairford Town and once the players are back in pre-season training.

Alex Petherham said: “When you’re growing up you’re always told not to meet your sporting heroes, as sadly some don’t live up to the hype… that’s not been the case with Phil! Both Phil and Andy Deacon have been nothing but supportive and we’ve become friends since we started this journey together, with a very simple goal – Let’s make this just about ‘Gloucester’ as a City!”

  1. Dont agree with changing badges and home kit colour of any football club. Keep tradition. It’s not Gloucester City red & yellow and what’s that badge. Tigers are now Cubs.
