Fixture change in Severn Sport Shield due to World Cup Clash

Next week’s Severn Sport Shield semi final between Tuffley Rovers and Longlevens has been pushed back 24 hours due to England’s World Cup semi final.

The game was originally scheduled to kick off at 7.45pm on Wednesday 11th July but with England playing Croatia at 7pm a mutual agreement between Severn Sport, both clubs and host club Slimbridge has seen the game moved to Thursday 12th July.

All previous arrangement still exist, with the winner facing the winner of Slimbridge vs Gloucester City – which takes place on Tuesday 10th July.

The second semi final has turned out to be a dress rehearsal not just for the Hellenic Premier season but for the FA Vase, after the draw for the 2nd qualifying round came up with Longlevens vs Tuffley Rovers.
