3) Bradford Park Avenue 3-1 Gloucester City (2/11/13)
Bradford park avenue away. Down Sutcliffe lane and opposite a cemetery. Running track. Terrible weather. Terrible game. Horrible place to go.
2) Gloucester City 0-1 Chelmsford (1/11/11)
Chelmsford in the FA cup replay. A horrible bitterly cold Tuesday night that was 85 minutes of rubbish then he infamous Cliff Akurang popped up with a nice little winner to save us all from another half an hour. What a hero. What made it worse was the 90 minutes we had to endure the week before…
1) Histon 1-2 Gloucester City (25/08/12)
Histon away. Lost 2-1 still the worst game I’ve ever seen. I’m sure we had 5 minutes of throw in, cleared into the trees and repeat. 0-0 till the 87th minute. Then two pens and an Edwards winner. Terrible game and terrible weather when we were caught in the rain.
Join us on Saturday from 14:30 as we start our fifth season covering Gloucester City live with full match commentary on Gloucester City vs FC United Of Manchester in the Vanarama National League North plus we’ll have live updates from the other games involving local sides including Cheltenham’s visit to Lincoln and Forest Greens opening day trip to Altrincham.
