UIC 15 – The Biggest Fightcard To Date

GL1 leisure centre in Gloucester will once again host Ultimate Impact Events 15th event which is set to be its biggest fightcard to date, with no fewer than 3 championship titles on the line.

Headlining #UIC15 will be undefeated middleweight champion Tommy Cook who’ll be defending his belt against Craig White from Lions Den MMA. Tommy holds an impressive 5-0 record inside the cage and an even more impressive BJJ résumé, claiming Gold at the recent IBJJF European championship in Rome.
However standing opposite Tommy will be the charismatic “Thundercat” Craig White who’s fought at the highest level domestically and fought in Europe, so will certainly have the experience over Tommy and is seeking to put that to good effect to take the UIC middleweight title!!

Undefeated Trojan Free Fighters Jon Spoors (2-0-1) will be looking to take the inaugural K1 bantamweight title against a formidable opponent in Greg Reeves from Taurus Gym. Greg will no doubt, as he does for many, cause Jon some problems, based on his height alone, standing almost a foot taller than Jon, but Jon’s footwork and skill full striking will make this a very intriguing match up.

Also fighting for the belt is local Gloucester man Steve Smith who is on a tear at the moment going for his 5th title. Steve admitted this although this is his “biggest fight” to date he is highly motivated to show the hometown crowd what he’s made off. However standing opposite him is a highly decorated fighters in Dawid Masel who has been in his fair share of battles and consistently come out on top!
