All five of our sides have been drawn at home in the First Qualifying Round of the FA Cup.
The draw was made at Wembley at lunchtime and it has served up four Gloucestershire (and Evesham) based fixtures.
Cinderford Town have been drawn at home to Devon based and fellow Southern League Division One South side Bideford, with Charlie Griffin’s Cirencester Town will be visited by Southern Premier League side, Gosport Borough.
The Centurions last played Gosport in a cup competition during the 2015/16 FA Trophy, claiming a 2-1 victory at the Corinium Stadium – a game remembered by us as being both live on Severn Sport and seeing then Cirencester Town forward Charlie Griffin scoring the two goals for the hosts.
It is Southern League Premier opposition for Evesham United too, with Dorchester Town the visitors at the Jubilee Stadium.
That game is due to take place on Sunday 8th September as Gloucester City are scheduled to be at home against Darlington on Saturday 7th.
Longlevens are the lowest ranked Gloucestershire side left in the competition and their reward for a hard fought 1-0 win over Northwood at the weekend is a home tie against Portland United of the Wessex Premier League.
The game is a great chance for both sides to make history as Longlevens are currently on their best ever FA Cup run, whilst Portland haven’t gone beyond the First Qualifying Round since the 1970/71 season.
Also, if Slimbridge can win their replay with Burnham in midweek, then they will play host to Tiverton Town.
Here are the fixtures and expected dates below:
