Trump can “Make Snooker Great Again!” – Butler re-joins Bell & Spurling on Love Sport Radio to talk World Snooker Championship Final

What a weekend it has been for our man Ryan Butler. After being approached on Twitter to go on the Bell & Spurling Show on Love Sport Radio on Friday to discuss the World Snooker Championships, he made such an impression that he was invited to join Martin Bell & Johnny Spurling to review one of the greatest World Championship Finals in snooker history.

Firstly, if you missed Ryan’s appearance on Friday’s show take a listen by clicking here.

On Friday, Ryan told the guys that John Higgins would need a comeback to make the final and after he produced one against the impressive David Gilbert and Judd Trump swept past Gary Wilson – the two would meet in one of the highest quality finals snooker has seen in years.

Both players would put on an absolute clinic in break building and frame winning, with Trump running out 18-9 victor and winning his maiden World Championship, adding to his Masters title at the turn of year.

Following the win there are reports and interviews all over the place saying that Judd Trump could go on a spell of dominance in the coming years and Butler believes that he can take a leaf out of his namesake Donald Trump and “Make Snooker Great Again!”
